Sometimes we use stress as a motivator to help us get from point A to P, however it does not come without complications. Stress increases anxiety, overeating, and breakouts, just to name a few. Exciting news!!! Starting this fall will be offering online yoga classes with our founder Lenora Johnson. We will also provide resources for other fitness classes in Portland metropolitan area. We offer referrals for other healing services such as Reiki and massage therapy. Addressing your physical health needs can offer an array of benefits for your health and wellbeing. They can range from decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and increasing your confidence. Physical and mental health symptoms can mimic one another, using person centered approach we will assess and make referrals to support your overall health and wellness.
