L.C.N. Wellness Services are based in Oregon and Washington.  We currently offer online telehealth & therapy . Our sessions can be completed on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. We are the only online wellness organization offering a Personalized I.D.E.A. to help individuals improve their quality of life. Our therapy services provide support on a wide range of subjects, diagnoses, and symptoms. We offer culturally competent care bringing domestic and international experience. We specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, body dysmorphia and postpartum depression. Using a person-centered approach to health and wellness.  

Our relationships with the people around us start at birth and grows from there. Relationship challenges will happen because we are all unique in how we ask questions and offer solutions. We have (intimate) relationships with our partners, parents/family, children, coworkers, and trying to meet their needs and our own can create a lot of anxiety. Improving our communication skills will allow us to have healthy and safe relationships with the people love and/or support.

Our organization supports gender-affirming care and belongs to the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).  We offer assessments to assist individuals seeking the level of gender-affirming care they need.
