At L.C.N. Wellness, we offer mental health and holistic wellness services designed to help you eliminate barriers and build real-life follow-through. Our services include individual psychotherapy, burnout recovery, anxiety support, grief counseling, perinatal/postpartum and parenting support, and 90-minute anxiety support groups (self-pay non-clinical and psychotherapy groups with an insurance option). We also provide Reiki for stress relief and nervous system support, along with speaking, trainings, and workshops rooted in the EBAG® framework (Eliminate Barriers & Accomplish Your Goals).

Yes. L.C.N. Wellness accepts Moda (employer-based/commercial plans) and Kaiser Permanente (effective 3/1/2026). Please contact us to confirm eligibility and coverage.

Therapy offers individualized or clinical group treatment provided by a licensed professional. Support groups are structured wellness spaces focused on coping tools, community support, and guidance—great for people who want help but aren’t ready for therapy yet.

Yes. We offer 90-minute Anxiety Support Groups with two options:

• Self-pay, non-clinical support groups (skills + support)
   
• Psychotherapy groups with an insurance option for eligible clients

Yes. We offer 90-minute Grief Support Groups with two options:

• Self-pay, non-clinical support groups (skills + support)
   
• Psychotherapy grief groups with an insurance option for eligible clients
   

Yes. L.C.N. Wellness offers Reiki energy healing as part of our holistic wellness support. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive service designed to promote relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system reset.

Yes. Our L.C.N. Wellness Blog and monthly newsletter share free tools, coping strategies, and wellness tips. You can also subscribe for updates and resources. 

Yes. Many services are offered through secure telehealth, depending on location and service type.
