Anxiety is a naturally occurring feeling in our lives, but it can sway from nonexistent to emergency visits for support. Anxiety also likes to latch on to other emotions and cause you to doubt yourself and others. Having high anxiety can be very stressful and creating a relaxation station will help you learn to manage the symptoms.
Experience the transformative journey of starting, having, and maintaining a family. Our service supports your transition from infertility to postpartum care, offering health and wellness assistance. Trauma and abuse can happen at any age, along the gender spectrum, and salary/lack thereof. Trauma can range from the loss of a parent/divorce, sexual assault, abuse (physical, sex, emotional), car accident or getting terminated. Our goal will be to reduce symptoms associated with these events.
Grief and loss are recurring experiences in our lives, encompassing various situations such as promotions, graduations, and personal losses. Navigating through the phases of grief challenges us with a range of emotions, but with coping mechanisms, we can manage the accompanying stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Depression can feel like the wet blanket you can dry or get rid of. Sometimes it starts at childhood, adolescents or after we are exposed to trauma(s). We can work together to find the balance you need to help you feel better.
